The hospital complex is a confusing place. At a time when a patient or their loved one is ill, losing your way or dealing with logistical issues only adds unnecessary and unwanted stress. From the provider and hospital's perspective, delayed arrival times or unprepared patients results in increased traffic, waiting room congestion, and poor resource utilization. The Visit Guide is a web-app customized per appointment that holds all of the information a patient would need for their specific appointment.

At a glance, a patient is reminded of with who their appointment is, the reason for their appointment, the location, and an immediate contact number should any issues arise.
